SMS Permissions & Disclosures

Our application uses two SMS permissions in accordance with Google Play Store requirements.

SEND_SMS

This permission is used exclusively to send formatted Nil GST filing requests to the official Government short code 14409. We do not send any personal messages, marketing content, or data to any other numbers.

RECEIVE_SMS

This permission is used only to capture the incoming 6-digit OTP response from 14409 for instant auto-reply confirmation. We do not read, store, or access any other SMS messages, including personal chats or banking communications.

No personal chats, banking SMS, or other messages are accessed, stored, or read by our application.

100% On-Device & Zero Server Policy

Local Storage

Your GSTIN and filing preferences are stored exclusively on your Android device. We maintain zero remote databases and do not transmit your data to any servers.

No Tracking or Analytics

Our application operates serverless without analytics tracking, third-party SDKs, or data-sharing integrations.

Serverless Architecture

The application is designed to function entirely on your device without requiring any backend services or cloud connections.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data persists only as long as it is stored on your device. To permanently delete all data associated with our application:

  1. Uninstall the App: Removing the application from your Android device automatically deletes all associated local data.
  2. Clear App Data: Open Android Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Storage → Clear Data to manually remove all stored information without uninstalling.

Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

Children's Privacy

Our application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
